Fortress Work ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at fortresswork.com and sells premium soundproof office pods. We're based in Illinois, USA, and ship throughout the continental United States.

- When you reserve a pod: name, email, phone, shipping address, pod selection, payment information
- When you subscribe to our newsletter: email address
- When you contact us: name, email, and any details you choose to share
- When you use the shipping calculator: destination ZIP code only (no personal identification)

- Your IP address and approximate location (city/region only)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Pages visited and time spent on our site
- Referring website (how you found us)
Information from third parties
- Payment processor data (transaction status, not card numbers)
- Shipping carrier data (delivery status, tracking)

- Order records: 7 years (required for tax and warranty purposes)
- Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe
- Calculator queries: Not stored beyond the immediate session
- Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)
- Support emails: 3 years
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
