Shipping & assembly
Dock-to-dock LTL freight from our Bensenville, Illinois warehouse to any receiving door in the continental US. Freight carrier contacts you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule.
The Black finish (Lounge mode) is in stock and dispatches within 2–3 business days of cleared payment, arriving in 1–2 weeks door-to-door. The White finish (Work mode) is made to order and ships approximately 10 weeks door-to-door.
Assembly takes about an hour with two people. Standard household tools suffice (screwdriver + the included hex-key set). Need lift-gate delivery? We'll include your exact lift-gate quote in your invoice.
Who it's for
If you need a quiet place to take video calls, write, or focus — and occasionally host one person for a 1:1 or a client walk-through — the Fortress M is sized for that duality. The Work variant (White) is set up as a focused desk space; the Lounge variant (Black) swaps the desk for two sofas and a side table.
If one person at a time is enough, Fortress S is a smaller footprint. For small team meetings, Fortress ML seats 1–4 with a conference table.
