Shipping & assembly
Dock-to-dock LTL freight from our Bensenville, Illinois warehouse to any receiving door in the continental US. Freight carrier contacts you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule.
Ships in 2 crates via LTL freight. In stock in Bensenville — dispatches within 2–3 business days of cleared payment, arriving in 1–2 weeks door-to-door. Pods this size require a freight elevator for above-ground-floor delivery; standard passenger elevators cannot accommodate the crates.
Assembly takes ~3 hours with two people. Standard household tools suffice (screwdriver + the included hex-key set). Need lift-gate delivery? We'll include your exact lift-gate quote in your invoice.
Who it's for
If your meetings involve 5–6 people regularly — board presentations, leadership strategy sessions, small workshops with a dual-display setup — the Fortress XL is the largest Fortress Work footprint. The conference table has built-in power and wireless charging; the integrated speaker system is pre-wired for conference-call audio.
For 1–4 person meetings with a trapezoidal meeting table, Fortress L is a smaller footprint at a lower price. For small team meetings with a whiteboard wall, Fortress ML is sized differently.
